It's about the Christmas Experience

Each Live Chords Performance...

...combines an energetic musical performance with a tug at your heart strings original Christmas story. The band takes the music of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and presents it in their own unique style. The music is then interwoven with an original story inspired by the true meaning of Christmas and the birth of the Christ Child. In the spirit of the Christmas season, every Chords show to date has benefited a charity.

Band History

The Chords of Christmas began performing music of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra to benefit local charities in December of 2004. The group was founded by drummer / vocalist / keytarist Alex Milne after experiencing the concert magic of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

One of the unique aspects of the TSO show is the story which is narrated throughout the concert. "For me, the story was a crucial component to the experience. So being a bit of a story teller myself, I began writing." To date, Alex has written 7 original stories; "The Christmas Cabby", "The Mandolin", "Ornament", "The Christmas Cloth", "The Letter". and "A Song in the Night".
